* Last Thursday in every month will be a restorative/pranayama class for both morning and evening classes.

Private Classes are 1 hour long:
$70 - one person
$80 - two people
$90 - three people
More than three people for a special private class 1 1/2 hour long @ $30 each person.
Same cost applies to private zoom classes.

Wednesday 7am and Thursday 8.30am mornings - new beginners welcome, contact me if you wish to come.

Tuesday evenings - for the more experienced, (at least one years Iyengar yoga) - be challenged and extended in this exciting, fun class.
Thursday evenings - a regular friendly group of dedicated yogi's and yogini's - welcome to come along.
Friday mornings - Restorative Yoga Class - a beautiful and necessary way to end your week - nurture and bring kindness to your heart and soul.
Add this class onto the end of your week to fully benefit your yoga practice.
(The Restorative Yoga Class was developed by BKS Iyengar, as form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body and providing healing for the body and the mind.)
