The Meditation Experience - Sunday July 10th

10am to 5pm (includes a delicious healthy lunch)

An introduction to breath-work, mindfulness and meditation.

Yoga Asanas, time-tested breathing and relaxation techniques to relieve stress and anxiety, healthy vegetarian meal, calming, up-lifting aromatherapy, enlivening kirtan with music and soothing mantra meditation.

All for $60!

About Samaan:

Samaan has spent the last 12 years in Asia teaching a holistic yoga lifestyle to university students and business professionals. From a sporting background, winning the New Zealand junior ski championships, he started practicing yoga and meditation to supplement his training.

 

Because of the positive effects from yoga in his own life he teaches yoga, meditation and mindfulness to help others experience calmer, happier and healthier lives. He is a teacher and volunteer for the non-profit organization; Meditation New Zealand (https://www.meditation.org.nz/). He has a relaxed and easy-going approach, able to relate the ancient and profound yoga science for anyone to understand.
